Hello! I’m Natalie, a Registered Nurse and Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist. I have nearly 8 years of experience in acute care which heavily inform my biopsychosocial approach to counseling. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy, and integrate many modalities based on the needs of my clients.
I am proud to offer trauma-informed services in both French and English, and look forward to embarking on this counseling journey together!
